With over 20 years of culinary experience, Lisa has been perfecting her craft in the kitchen since she was nine years old. She is passionate about creating new flavors that will excite and engage the NYC food community. She has worked for several well known New York City restaurants including Asia de Cuba, Rain, Public, Mai House and Dos Caminos.
Being a finalist on Top Chef season 4: Chicago plus her experience as an executive chef in NYC has helped Chef Lisa carve out a name for herself in the culinary world. She thanks her mother for first introducing her to cooking. Lisa inherited the skill of picking out every ingredient in any sauce or dressing from her.
Showcasing talents and experience like Chef Fernandes' are difficult to do on a standard resume.
