WHAT IS HARRI?

Harri is New York’s largest hospitality network, connecting 1,500 restaurants with over 80,000 job seekers with industry experience. We’ve built a media-rich platform that allows employers to easily post jobs and communicate with applicants, and for job seekers to build visually stunning profiles that showcase their industry experience and personality.

HOW DO I SIGN UP?

To create a Harri Account, click ‘Join’ from the homepage.

Follow the steps to complete your profile, just make sure to select ‘Looking to Hire The Best Talent’ when we ask what brings you to Harri.

Be prepared to enter information about your company including the logo, location, and a brief company description.

HOW MUCH DOES HARRI COST?

It is free to create an employer profile on Harri! We also offer varying levels of job postings to fit your needs.

WHAT IS THE EMPLOYER DASHBOARD?

Your Harri dashboard is where the magic happens. From your dashboard you can:

  • Post a job and edit active job postings
  • Screen and message applicants
  • Edit your company profile

CAN I INVITE JOB SEEKERS TO APPLY FOR MY JOBS?

Yes, you can use Harri to search and make contact with an industry-specific talent pool of job seekers.

To connect with job seekers, click ‘People’ from the top navigation bar. Use the filters on the left side of the page to search job seekers by Location, Experience, Availability and Skills.

To invite a group of Harri members to apply, click the blue button on their profile then
click the blue “Invite” button on the top right corner of your page.

You can also visit a job seeker’s profile and click “Invite to Apply,” select the position you think they’re a good fit for.

You can also search job seekers by keyword, (ex: “Sushi” or “Fine Dining”) and sort job seekers by their last login on Harri.

HOW DO I POST A JOB?

From your dashboard, click “Post A New Job”.

You will be asked to enter information such as Job Title, Location, Years of Experience, Skills, Availability, Compensation, Job Description and Screening Question.

Once you’ve completed your job description, click ‘Save as a Template’ for easy reposting. Then click ‘Publish Job’.

HOW DO I POST AN OPEN CALL?

From your dashboard, click “Post A New Job”.

Enter the job description including Job Title, Location, Years of Experience, Skills, Availability, Compensation, Job Description and Screening Question.

When you reach the section titled ‘Open Call’, you will be prompted to create a title, such as ‘Bartender Open Call’, as well as time and location.

Complete your job description, then click ‘Publish Job’.

CAN HARRI WORK WITH MY EXISTING APPLICANT TRACKING SYSTEM?

Yes! Harri can seamlessly incorporate into your Applicant Tracking System.

While posting a job there is a section labeled ‘Settings’. From here, check the box marked ‘Send Applicants to Third-Party Applicant Tracking System’ and enter the URL you wish to send them to.

HOW DO I REVIEW AND MESSAGE APPLICANTS?

To manage applicants, first go to your Harri dashboard. Click on the Job Posting you want to screen. This will take you to Harri’s Applicant Management System (AMS).

Applicant Column: These are all your new applicants for this position. Click on the first applicant to enable SpeedyScreen. From here, you can review all your applicants in one place. Review your applicants’ experience and skills and either move them to “Proceed” or “Passed.”

All the applicants in your Proceed column are now your qualified Harri candidates. Move your top choices from Proceed to the Interview column. You can move one or many candidates at a time. Click on the box on the top left of this column to move all candidates at once.

When you move candidates to the Interview column, you will be prompted to mass message them with the interview details. Your candidates will receive a personalized invitation to your interview.

All applicants you have passed on throughout the screening process will live in the Passed column in the far right column of your AMS. You can access passed candidates anytime and in the future. (You can discreetly pass on applicants; they will not be notified that you passed on their application)

Once you’ve hired your Harri candidates, move them to Hired!

WHERE DO I VIEW MY PAYMENT HISTORY?

Visit Settings > Billing to view and edit your credit card on file and easily print a transaction history. You will receive an email after every purchase for your records.

HOW DO I EDIT MY COMPANY PROFILE?

To edit your company profile, from your dashboard click on the gear tool next to the concept you’d like to edit. Visit Settings > Media to upload new images, a logo or video.

HOW DO I CREATE AN ACCOUNT?

To create a Harri Account, click ‘Join’ from the homepage (www.harri.com).

Follow the steps to complete your profile, just make sure to select ‘Searching for Jobs’ when we ask what brings you to Harri.

Be prepared to enter information including your work history, skills, a brief ‘About Me’ description, and references.

HOW MUCH DOES HARRI COST?

As a job seeker, your Harri account is free. You can create your profile, apply for jobs, and message employers for no cost.

HOW DO I EDIT MY PROFILE?

To edit your profile, click ‘Menu’ from the top navigation bar and select ‘Edit Profile’ from there you can edit/update all aspects of your account (even add more media)

HOW DO I APPLY FOR JOBS?

To apply for a job, click ‘Jobs’ from the top navigation bar. You can browse through all the open positions or use the filters on the left side of the page to narrow down your results based on Position, Location, Required Skills and Type of Establishment.

Select a job from the search results to view more details and requirements, as well as learn a bit more about the business.

Click the ‘Apply’ button to send in your application. You’ll be required to answer a first round interview question, and have the option to send a video introduction or attach a resume as well. Click ‘Apply’ again to confirm your application.

HOW DO I FOLLOW UP WITH EMPLOYERS?

To follow up and respond to employer messages, select ‘Messages’ from the top navigation bar. Here you will be able to manage conversations based on the jobs you’ve applied for.

You will also be sent an email when an employer sends you a message, which you are able to respond to directly from your native email account (@gmail.com, @yahoo.com, etc.).

HOW DO I CANCEL MY ACCOUNT?

If you wish to terminate your account send an email to admin@harri.com and let us know. Tell us you are looking to remove your profile and provide us with the email address you used to create your Harri account.
